The County Government has a multitude of responsibilities to the residents of this area. They include but are not limited to the following:

• The Court of Common Pleas, Probation, District Attorney, Public Defenders
• Emergency Services, Airport Authority, Maintenance
• Waste and Recycling
• Property Assessment and Auditors
• Coroner
• Human Services

The persons responsible for oversight of the many departments and services are the 3 commissioners elected by the voters of Crawford County.

Morris Ward, Jack Preston, and Roger Williams as shown above are the current county commissioners.
